Final prioritization decisions sit with the Head of Analytics, but your models form the foundation for ROAS optimization and business forecasting.\nImpact Areas:Build and maintain ML models (T+72h, T+7d) — from methodology design to production.\n\nDrive feature engineering based on GBQ, Amplitude, payment, and marketing data.\n\nDevelop fraud / anomaly detection models for payment flows.\n\nDesign and run statistical analysis of A/B tests — from hypothesis to interpretation.\n\nBuild and monitor ML pipelines in a production environment.\n\nDocument methodology for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPartner closely with the Head of Analytics, analysts, and the product team.\n\nWhat we expect from you:5+ years of commercial experience in Data Science / ML analytics.\n\nStrong command of Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).\n\nAdvanced SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery.\n\nExperience building predictive models (LTV, churn, fraud) shipped to production.\n\nSolid statistical foundation: A/B testing, power analysis, statistics.\n\nExperience working with event-based data (Amplitude or similar).\n\nConfident with Git.\n\nUnderstanding of ML pipelines and MLOps practices.\n\nUpper-Intermediate (B2) English or above, for working with documentation.\n\nNice to have:Experience in subscription / mobile app businesses.\n\nExperience with fitness products.\n\nFraud detection in payment systems (Stripe, Adyen).\n\nFamiliarity with Tableau or other BI tools.\n\nExperience with DBT.\n\nThis role is a great fit if you:Have hands-on
