This role will serve as the finance lead for acquisitions from diligence through post-close integration, ensuring acquired businesses are successfully incorporated into Fitch's accounting, reporting, control, and operational finance environment.\nThe Director will partner closely with Corporate Development, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Technology, and business leadership to assess transaction impacts, execute acquisition accounting, and lead integration efforts across finance functions.
