The candidate will be part of the core Tax team based in London and will partner with the wider Finance function to strengthen and enhance tax reporting processes across direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\nThe role will focus on supporting the development of more consistent, robust and scalable reporting practices that improve accuracy, efficiency and governance across the numerous tax reporting cycles. You will identify, assess and deliver technology / AI-enabled solutions / enhancements across core tax reporting processes. In particular:\nIdentify and assess tax reporting process automation opportunities. \nSeek high-value AI use cases across end-to-end tax / transfer pricing processes and work with the team to build a prioritised roadmap with business cases, ROI and risk / controls considerations.\nImplement robust solutions aligned to data requirements, quality standards and architecture.\nEnsure implemented solutions meet applicable internal control requirements (e.g. SOX, IFRS / GAAP implications etc.).\nDevelopment of associated training materials.\nAct as key liaison between tax and wider finance users with technical teams\nYou May be a Good Fit if you have:\nA highly analytical and logical approach to problem solving, with the ability to break down complex issues into clear, structured solutions.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power BI and VBA/macros.\nExperience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
