The role leads client relationships and analytical work, translates business questions and model outputs into actionable recommendations, and presents findings to clients and senior stakeholders. It also partners with internal teams and helps develop the Analytics team’s capabilities, tools, and approaches.\n\nResponsibilities\nServe as a day-to-day analytics lead for assigned client relationship\nTranslate client business questions into clear analytical approaches\nLead and support statistical analyses, modeling, measurement, and reporting\nInterpret model outputs and turn them into meaningful business insights\nPresent findings and recommendations directly to clients and senior stakeholders\nExplain complex analytical concepts in clear, understandable language\nPartner with strategy, media, account, and other teams to connect analytics to broader client objectives\nContribute to the continued development of the Analytics team’s capabilities, tools, and approaches\n\nSkills\n5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field\nBasic understanding of marketing and business strategies\nStrong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and measurement methodologies\nExperience interpreting outputs from models such as regression, segmentation, forecasting, attribution, propensity, or marketing mix models\nStrong ability to translate complex findings into clear business implications and recommendations\nExperience presenting analytical work directly to clients or senior business stakeholders\nStrong storytelling and presentation skills, particularly with data\nComfortable managing multiple client priorities and analytical workstreams\nStrong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity\nExperience working with tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, SAS or R, Tableau or Studio, or similar analytics platforms\nExperience in an agency, marketing, media, or consulting environment\nExperience with marketing measurement, MMM, incrementality, attribution, segmentation, or customer analytics\nExperience mentoring or managing junior analytical talent\nFamiliarity with modern data environments and visualization platforms\n\nBenefits\nThis position is based in Atlanta.
