Responsibilities include: o Investigations into security related incidents o Partnership with HR/Leadership Team as required on WC issues, safety concerns, workplace substance abuse concerns, workplace violence, and other sensitive matters.\nPerform daily operational inspections o Report audit findings to Asset Protection leadership/HR o Fix non-compliant operational controls & Re-audit non-compliant operational controls\nWhen applicable supervise all Security personnel associated with the office o Develop and Maintain relationships with Lits’ building operations and security teams\nManage/monitor Burglar/Fire Alarm systems including call lists\nFacilitate Quarterly Safety Meetings as well as drills, evacuations, etc.\nLead safety team in review of accidents for root cause\nConducts opening/closing surveillances\nOperate CCTV/EBR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nAt least 2 years of similar experience in a physical security environment, including supervisory experience of contract guards or personnel\nAA or BA Degree preferred\nOverall knowledge of investigative processes\nCCTV use and awareness and knowledge\nExperience with Safety in office environment a plus\nWicklander & Zulawski certification a plus\nEBR experience a plus BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE AND CRITICAL SKILLS:\nMaintain good working relationships with all cross functional business partners, staff and contract security representatives\nKeep close communications with Office Team\nGood written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, ie.
