You will also coordinate work activities such as real time staffing moves andmonitorperformance tooptimizeprocess flow under the direction of yourOperationsSupervisorsand other leaders. You will help instill a safety culture,identifytraining needs, andparticipatein root cause analysis using experience and continuous improvementmethodology.You'llalso conduct standard work audits toidentifygaps in these processes and contribute to leader driven continuous improvement plans. In this role,you'llwork with other team members and departments to assess product flow and quality, appropriatelyrecommending toleadership adjustments needed to moveproductefficiently and safely to achieve goals.
