It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in.\nIt’s all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace!\nJob Responsibilities\nCoordinate CPSC compliance initiatives, including eFiling activities and submissions to the CPSC Product Registry.\nTrack and help resolve regulatory notices, including California Proposition 65 notices and factory URN registrations, by coordinating information gathering and internal communication.\nCommunicate compliance product holds and release statuses to internal stakeholders and help ensure affected inventory is handled as directed with appropriate documentation maintained.\nFollow up with vendors, Buying teams, and internal partners to obtain missing, corrected, or updated compliance information and escalate overdue or incomplete items as needed.\nGather, organize, and maintain documentation needed to support regulatory reporting, product registrations, and compliance program requirements.\nMaintain accurate product attributes and compliance data within Bamboo Rose and other company systems.\nSupport product incident investigations, recalls, corrective actions, and issue resolution by maintaining documentation and coordinating follow-ups with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.\nMonitor existing and emerging federal, state, and local product compliance regulations, standards, and guidance documents; summarize potential impacts for internal review.\nParticipate in industry webinars, seminars, and other learning opportunities to stay informed of regulatory trends and compliance best practices.\nSupport compliance training, internal communications, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives related to regulatory compliance processes.\nRequired Skills/Abilities/Qualifications\nBasic understanding of product compliance regulations and standards, including CPSIA, FD&C Act, ASTM standards, California Proposition 65, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and related requirements.\nAbility to learn regulatory requirements and communicate guidance clearly under direction.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.\nIntermediate Excel skills preferred, including the ability to organize large datasets, create reports, and support regulatory reporting activities.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.\nExperience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources and maintaining accurate records in business systems.\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle, quality, compliance, or vendor management systems such as Bamboo Rose and Inspectorio preferred.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Product Development, Buying, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, vendors, and other internal partners.\nPhiladelphia-based or able to work from the Philadelphia office as required.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.
