The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, business process mapping, system configuration, data migration, functional deployment, and post-go-live support.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead greenfield and full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Perpetual and Cloud environments.\n\n- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with clients.\n\n- Map and analyze business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Warehousing.\n\n- Configure Business Central modules according to business requirements and industry standards.\n\n- Manage the complete data migration lifecycle, including data mapping, cleansing, loading, verification, and reconciliation.\n\n- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scenarios, and user manuals.\n\n- Deliver end-user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\n- Provide functional support during and after go-live.\n\n- Ensure implementations follow Microsoft best practices and project methodologies, including Sure Step and Agile.\n\n- Collaborate with technical and development teams on customizations while minimizing deviations from standard Business Central functionality.\n\n- Act as a trusted functional subject matter expert for clients working with both Cloud and Perpetual Business Central environments.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.\n\n- Strong experience with Business Central Perpetual and Cloud environments.\n\n- Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations.\n\n- Experience delivering a minimum of 4 -
