While the main responsibilities are listed below, the Line Cook/The Dishwasher will assist with additional tasks as directed by the team lead. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to our guests, ensuring that every bite is a satisfying and memorable experience.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to the following:\nOpen/close kitchen when needed.\nPrepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked.\nWash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.\nClean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.\nScrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize them properly.\nEmpty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed.\nPerform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested.\nControl and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.\nDeliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.\nRequired Qualifications:\nAt least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.\nAbility to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff.\nCredentials in health and safety training.\nCertification that meets local requirements.\nMust be flexible with hours.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations.\nDeliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.\nPay: $19-$21/hr\nJob Type: Part time, non exempt\nSchedule: Nights and Weekends Required\nFive Iron Golf is committed to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for employees of all backgrounds.
