Our cloud-based Claims Management Platform enables insurance carriers and organizations to streamline operations, automate workflows, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.\nWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business & Data Analyst to join our Global Delivery team.\nYou will work directly with US-based insurance customers to translate complex business requirements and data into functional solutions within Five Sigma's Claims Management Platform.\nThis is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining business analysis, data investigation, functional solution design, and validation throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Functional Design\nLead discovery sessions with insurance customers to understand their claims operations, workflows, business rules, and challenges.\nTranslate business needs into detailed functional requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria.\nIdentify edge cases, business exceptions, and gaps in customer requirements.\nMap business requirements to Five Sigma's platform capabilities and define appropriate configurations.\nPartner with Delivery Managers and technical implementation teams to evaluate solution approaches.\nData Analysis & Integration\nAnalyze customer data structures, quality, and business meaning.\nOwn source-to-target data mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation criteria.\nSupport data migrations, integrations, and reporting requirements.\nUse SQL to investigate datasets, identify inconsistencies, and validate results.\nEnsure data accuracy and alignment with customer business processes.\nTesting & Validation\nDefine business test scenarios and expected outcomes.\nValidate configurations, workflows, calculations, reports, and migrated data.\nSupport UAT and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues.\nEnsure the delivered solution meets agreed business requirements.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nCollaborate with customers, Delivery Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.\nMaintain clear documentation of requirements, mappings, decisions, and acceptance criteria.\nCommunicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nRemain actively involved from discovery through go-live.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Business & Data Analyst in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.\nExperience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, claims management, or insurance technology.\nFamiliarity with claims workflows, policy administration, and insurance data.\nExperience with enterprise software implementations, data migration, and system integrations.\nProven ability to translate complex business processes into functional requirements and specifications.\nExperience working directly with customers and cross-functional technical teams.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote, global environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with APIs, JSON, ETL processes, and data reconciliation.\nExperience implementing configurable enterprise SaaS platforms.\nWhy Five Sigma?\nJoin a fast-growing global InsurTech company where your work directly impacts how insurance organizations operate.
