Our company may be 60 years old, but the real growth is just getting started.\nThe Role:\nThe customer service representative will handle all customer calls, emails, correspondence, and PO’s. The CSR will need to obtain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. The Customer Service Representative will need to work cross-functionally with other internal team members in order to obtain necessary information to fulfill critical order and consumer inquiries in a time-sensitive manner. In the end, this person must work with a sense of urgency and purpose to ensure quality while meeting consumer and customer expectations.\nWhat You Will Do:.\nSupports colleagues and customers in a multi-site environment through email and phone.\nMaintains professionalism and composure in potentially stressful situations while supporting team members and customers.\nProactively multi-tasks to support customers, order inquires, and assists with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and updates to all.\nMaintains and implements spreadsheets to support orders and prioritization of customers to ensure proper lead times. \nCommunicate regularly with team members on orders and customer support.\nResponsible for all order entry and order updates including lead times and tracking information. \nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
