Our company may be 60 years old, but the real growth is just getting started.\nThe Role:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Designer to join the HomeShine Studios team within PurposeBuilt Brands. HomeShine Studios is PBB’s internal creative agency that creates breakthrough communication for PBB’s portfolio of consumer and commercial brands.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative solutions that highlight the unique benefit visualizations of our products to be used across static and video content.\nWhat You Will Do:.\nExecute digital content including, but not limited to e-commerce graphics, display ads, email, social posts, websites, static and animated assets.\nConceptualize, design and execute product demo content, highlighting unique benefit visualizations.\nDisplays keen attention-to-detail and upholds all work at the highest standards of quality.\nDevelop storyboards for video content and animated graphics.\nCollaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize designs that effectively communicate our brand message and product features.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously improve the quality and impact of our creative content.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality.\nEnsure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.\nAttend and support on live production shoots as required.\nWhat You Will Bring:\n2-5 years of experience in art direction or design with bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field.\nA dynamic creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including video content made with original captured footage.\nProven experience as a Designer, preferably in a consumer packaged goods or related industry.\nProficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Sketch.\nKnowledgeable of digital best practices and trends.\nExcellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.\nWireframing experience is a plus.\nCompensation Range:\n$75,000-$85,000\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
