This position partners with cross functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver actional insights that drive profitable growth and informed decision making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented and thrives in a fast paced environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport the annual budget, forecasts and long-range planning processes \nDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, contribution and profitability\nPartner with business leaders to understand the assumptions, risks and opportunities impacting financial performance\nTrack and report key financial and operational performance metrics. \nPrepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses and management presentations\nAnalyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior year performance\nIdentify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities \nDevelop expert knowledge with the ERP environment (Syspro)\nAd-hoc analysis as needed\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nDemonstrated analytical and complex problem-solving abilities \nStrong user of Microsoft analytical and database tools, including Excel, Access and SQL\nDemonstrated financial modeling expertise\nPrior experience successfully implementing best practices\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nSelf-motivated and possess strong business acumen\nDetail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks within established deadlines\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience\n3-5 years in relevant analytical roles in Finance\nRelevant experience in a range of environments including; manufacturing, consumer packaging, retail distribution, multi-brand, multi-division, extensive product portfolios, international, Healthcare products\nCompensation Range:\n$75,000-$90,000\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
