architecture, user interfaces, and reporting dashboards.\n\nDevelop web-based applications, automated workflows, and management reporting systems.\n\nIntegrate existing software, databases, and business applications to ensure efficient information sharing across departments.\n\nMaintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and improve developed systems and applications.\n\nEnsure data security, user access control, system reliability, and regular data backups.\n\nProvide technical support, system documentation, and user training for newly developed digital solutions.\n\nResearch and recommend appropriate technologies to support the company's digital transformation and long-term business objectives.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in software development, system development, or application development.\n\nProven experience developing and implementing software applications or business management systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of programming languages, software development frameworks, database management, and SQL.\n\nPractical experience in web application development, API integration, and system architecture.\n\nExperience designing and developing ERP, HRMS, inventory management, or other business automation systems is highly desirable.\n\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, system testing, and software maintenance.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, understand business requirements, and deliver functional digital
