As a Five Star Painting employee we are committed to your training which will lead to your success.\nResponsibilities of a Production Manager\nYou’ll be responsible for the following activities to succeed in this role:\nEnsure assigned projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting the client’s needs and delivering a quality project.\nPlan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects through to completion.\nSolicit painting subcontractors and keep proper ratios of painting crews to estimators.\nCoordinating other trades such as pressure washing, carpenters, stucco repair, etc.\nLead meetings and ensure proper document control and recordkeeping.\nEnsure accuracy in estimates and job costing and facilitate weekly owner payroll reports.\nGuide project to completion to ensure proper close-out.\nRequirements to be Successful\nOur most successful production managers have the following traits.
