customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently\nFollow established procedures and privacy requirements\nDocument customer interactions accurately\nEscalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required\nProvide excellent customer service on every interaction\nQualifications\n1 year Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable working with billing and account information\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to navigate multiple computer systems\nProfessional and empathetic approach to customer concerns\nReliable attendance and punctuality\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nComfortable handling potentially difficult customer interactions\nMust be comfortable cross training on other
