They will possess sound judgment and will be able to keep a firm grasp of the corporation’s ever-evolving goals, charters, priorities, key players, timelines, and needs.\nFor more information on Five9 visit www.five9.com.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner closely with principal and key staff members to align team priorities\nHeavy calendar management\nBe an active participant of the cross-functional administrative team\nValidate, coordinate, and prep travel and executive meetings (including light catering)\nAttend staff meetings, track agendas, actions items, and goals to keep the team on course\nPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, briefs, presentations and other documents\nConduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents\nOrganize team events\nManage procurement, expense reports, travel, and other approvals in a timely manner\nCo-ordinate and support aspects of project-based work including site management, budget, recruitment, and new employee on-boarding\nRegularly review operating practices and implement improvements\nMaster a flexible work-style, leveraging business messaging applications, video conferencing, and multiple office locations\nParticipate in EA team PTO coverage approach\nParticipate in special projects to support the EVP, Sales\nKey Competencies\nBusiness Partnership\nEffective Communication\nTime Management & Organization\nTeamwork & Leadership\nTech Savvy\nAgile Collaboration\nExperience:\n5+ years of experience providing support at a SVP or above level, with a demonstrated strong performance and 2 or more executive references\nBachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Would consider related experience in lieu of a degree\nExcellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and prioritization\nAble to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality\nExperience working with a publicly traded company preferred\nExcellent technical skills and advanced-level MS Suite proficiency\nStrong knowledge of Slack and other collaboration tools\nKnowledge of standard executive office administrative practices and procedures\nWork Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 30 mile radius of one of our offices.
