To help us deliver on that vision, we’re hiring a Senior Creative Project Manager-a detail-obsessed, process-driven project manager who shepherds creative and content projects from kickoff to delivery and is often the last set of eyes on an asset before it goes live - ensuring every asset reflects our visual identity and brand voice.\nIn this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of creative and content assets-coordinating across teams, optimizing workflows, and serving as the final checkpoint for both visuals and messaging. You’ll review creative and content for accuracy, consistency and alignment with Five9 tone, voice and style guidelines, and route issues back to the right owner to fix. You’ll partner closely with content and creative teams while managing and continuously improving the intake, tracking and workflows that bring it all together.\nThis is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role for someone who brings equal parts operational discipline and creative judgement - and who understands that great brand experiences depend on both.\nWe are focusing on AI tools across the team, and this role will help us use them well, safely, and on brand.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn and improve creative request and production processes, identifying opportunities to streamline intake, prioritize competing requests, enforce intake standards and scale output\nCoordinate creative workflows across design, content, video and web teams, including internal stakeholders, external freelancers, agencies and vendors - moving work from brief to delivery with consistency and efficiency.\nOwn the creative project calendar and team capacity plan, track progress, and proactively communicate milestones and updates\nServe as the final quality checkpoint before assets go live: review creative (layout, typography, color, logo and brand usage, file specs) and content (accuracy, grammar, tone, terminology, links, and claims) against brand and style guidelines, and route corrections back to the owner\nMaintain QA checklists by asset type (web, email, video, social, print, events) and log recurring errors to improve quality upstream\nConfirm required approvals (brand, legal, product, regional) are complete and documented before final release\nManage creative projects from intake through delivery, including campaigns, brand assets, content, video, web, and social\nCreate and maintain clear project timelines, status trackers, and schedules\nServe as the day-to-day point of contact for creative work: tracking briefs, deliverables, reviews, and approvals\nConsolidate stakeholder feedback, resolve conflicting input, and manage versioning and final approvals with a clear eye for detail and quality\nIdentify bottlenecks early, escalate risks and suggest solutions to keep work moving\nLead creative calls, check-ins, and debriefs when needed\nKeep stakeholders in the loop without overloading the creative team\nCapture lessons learned in project debriefs and keep process documentation, templates, and QA checklists current\nUse AI tools like Claude to speed up everyday work such as briefs, status updates, QA checks, and process documentation\nReview AI-assisted content and visuals with the same care as everything else, checking for accuracy, tone, and brand fit before anything goes live\nTest new AI tools, share what works, and help build prompts, templates, and simple guidelines for using AI responsibly on the team\nKEY QUALIFICATIONS\nDeep understanding of creative workflows and asset production across digital, print, video, and event channels\nSharp editorial instincts and a strong eye for copy and design quality (typos, inconsistencies, off-brand elements, broken links, incorrect specs)\nFamiliarity with brand voice, tone, and style guides-and the confidence to help others follow them\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills-able to move work forward while keeping everyone in the loop\nTrack record of identifying and implementing process improvements that boost team efficiency and content quality\nAbility to prioritize competing requests, manage team capacity, and diplomatically push back on scope creep and late changes\nWorking knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, or hybrid); PMP, CAPM, or similar certification a plus\nComfortable reviewing, proofreading and editing content created by others and giving constructive feedback that builds trust and elevates work\nAdvanced proficiency in Monday.com for project tracking and working familiarity with SharePoint, Figma, Slack, and Microsoft products; experience with proofing or DAM tools is a plus\nUnderstanding of graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, and file formats)\nExcellent organizational and time management skills; strong communicator who works well with creatives and stakeholders alike\nCalm under pressure, flexible with shifting priorities, and always two steps ahead\nA team player who cares about process, quality, and the people doing the work\nHands-on experience using AI tools like Claude in daily work, including writing clear prompts and getting reliable results\nFamiliarity with AI image and video tools, and good judgement about when AI helps and when a person needs to take over\nREQUIREMENTS\n7+ years of experience in creative project management or content operations, including 4+ years in a dedicated project management role, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech, or agency environments\nBachelor degree or equivalent\nExperience managing budgets and opening/maintaining Pos\nExperience working in or with an in-house creative team or agency, including vendor management and agency collaboration\nDemonstrated experience enforcing brand guidelines, managing file versioning, and running creative approvals Must be able to work Pacific Time, 8 AM-5 PM\nWe are focusing on AI tools, and Claude knowledge is a must\nWork Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 30 mile radius of one of our offices.
