They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.\nJob Description\nFive9 is a dynamic growing company is seeking to hire a Telecom Project Manager. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hour budgets, and organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.\nTo be successful as a Telecom Project Manager, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Relevant experience of at least three (3) years is preferred for consideration.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nManaging Telecom cases\nManaging 10DLC, TFN and short code Registration from inception to completion\nManaging Number Reputation Management Projects (Number Profiles, Number Management (Adding/Editing/Deleting), Number Registration Process, Health Check and Risk Rating, Remediation)\nMonitor port requests from inception to completion.\nMonitor NRM from inception to completion.\nInitiate and maintain regular communications with customers, Porting and Numeracle Team\nReview and verify the order, review required information to provide services requested, schedule/coordinate service installation and communicate milestone dates with Customer and/or Vendor.\nServe as a liaison between Porting team, other internal teams, and end users for porting requests.\nServe as a liaison between Numeracle Team, other internal teams, and end users for NRM Projects.\nProvide better understanding to customer on the number porting process.\nProvide better understanding to customer on the NRM.\nManage Number Transfer issues that fall outside the normal process. \nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in related field, Networking or telecom projects preferred.\nExceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nExperience using computers for a variety of tasks.\nCompetency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Salesforce.\nKnowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.\nAbility to work on tight deadlines on multiple active projects.\nWilling to work in US time or night shift schedule.\nWork Location: This role is hybrid and requires 2 days a week in office.\nCompany Benefits\nCompany stocks\nAnnual merit increase based on performance\n15% night shift differential pay\nPaid Leave with Cash Conversion\nHMO with free dependents\nRetirement Plan\nLife Insurance\nWhile on work from home setup: Internet and meal allowance are provided\nEmployee Assistance Program for mental and social well-being\nGovernment-mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG, 13th month pay, Solo parent leave, Special leave for women)\nFive9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
