You'll own a key part of the early freelancer journey on Fiverr, driving execution across Acquisition, Onboarding, Vetting, Quality & Trust, so that freelancers are successfully activated and reach their first engagement on the platform.\nWhat am I going to do?\nOwn your business targets: Track the performance of your area, critically review the numbers, identify growth opportunities, and take action to pursue them.\nDrive cross-functional initiatives: Take strategic initiatives from idea to impact, working closely with Product, Data, Product Marketing, and other teams to align stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.\nConduct business research: Investigate the competitive landscape, extract relevant benchmarks, and build data-driven business models that support strategic decisions.\nUse data and AI: Analyze metrics with data, Excel, and AI tools, optimize processes, and deliver sharp, clear reporting.\nOperate with independence: Make decisions, manage trade-offs, and proactively flag what needs leadership visibility.\n Build partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with colleagues across the business, so you're part of key decision-making discussions.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in business, strategy, or analytical roles, preferably in business operations or consulting\nExperience formulating and implementing strategic initiatives\nStrong analytical skills: interpreting data, running qualitative and quantitative research, and turning results into clear takeaways\nStrong operator mindset: outcome-driven, hands-on with execution, and comfortable owning results end-to-end\nProven stakeholder management across Product, Data, Marketing, and business leaders\nA collaborative, low-ego team player who works well both independently and as part of a broader group\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAdvanced English\nEqual opportunities\nAt Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face.
