They manage, assist, and direct store team in their duties as required by company policy and procedures.\nEssential Job Duties:\nProficient in customer service, management, and food service responsibilities and is hands-on in daily operations.\nPartners with FiveStar team to provide customers with service as outlined by the company’s policies and procedures.\nEnsures timely and thorough training of store team.\nEffectively addresses issues at store level to assure long-term problem resolution.\nEducates store team and follows up on policies and communications.\nMerchandising and ensuring adequate inventory levels (evaluate displays, pricing, promotional signage, out of stocks).\nPractices and promotes the FiveStar treatment (friendly atmosphere, customer’s needs met, suggestive selling).\nEnsures inventory control methods are in place, equipment is in good condition, adequate staffing, following labor budget, completing accounting and paperwork tasks timely, and safety and robbery prevention guidelines in place.\nOversee food operation, evaluating appearance of food service areas, food quality, tracking, promotions, signage, and following food service guidelines.\nReview P&L statements and implement changes to improve store performance.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\n1+ years of retail management experience or equivalent educational background.\nA valid driver’s license.\nMust be at least 18\nProfessional appearance and a positive attitude.\nTeam player, customer focused, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.\nBasic Computer Skills.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work on different shifts (a.m., p.m., overnight), weekends, and holidays.\nDaily standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, climbing, walking, lifting (up to 55 lbs.), working in cold indoor environments (35 degrees or less), and food service preparation.\nAbility to work in varying seasonal
