About the Role

Fivetran + dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing EMEA team, specifically working with customers and prospects in the Nordics. In this role, you’ll partner with leading enterprise businesses to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive mutual success. You’ll manage a full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, and collaborate across teams to achieve results. Fivetran has already developed a strong customer base in the region and now is the time to accelerate.

This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK or Ireland, with a strong preference for candidates located in the London or Dublin area.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to dbt/Fivetran’s growth in the enterprise segment.
• Learn the fundamentals of dbt/Fivetran’s technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days.
• Consistently build strong pipeline by establishing relationships with prospects and clients, focused on where we can deliver business value for them 
• Consistently achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices.
• Strategically engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage.
• Travel to the region around twice per quarter.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent pipeline generation capabilities 
• Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and communicate it clearly.
• Analytical and curious; able to identify opportunities and challenges through thoughtful evaluation.
• Motivated and positive; you bring persistence and energy to achieving goals.
• Adaptable and flexible when priorities shift or conditions change.
• Experience selling enterprise solutions (typically 5+ years), with a record of delivering results.
