You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through our hiring process and partnering with them on sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers. You’ll also work closely with TA Operations to improve our recruiting processes and drive recruiting-related projects that help us scale our hiring.\nThis is a full-time remote position. \nTools You’ll Use\nGreenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Google Workspace, Gem or similar sourcing tools, Claude and other AI tools\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies\nGuide hiring managers and interviewers through our hiring process, coaching them on best practices and consistent, fair candidate evaluation\nSource and engage top technical and product talent through proactive outreach, networking, and creative channels\nManage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake through offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience\nDesign and run structured interview loops, and facilitate debriefs that lead to clear, timely hiring decisions\nClose offers by partnering with hiring managers on compensation, messaging, and candidate engagement\nCollaborate with TA Operations to improve recruiting processes, tooling, and reporting\nLead or contribute to recruiting projects such as process improvements, employer branding, and new sourcing initiatives\nTrack and share pipeline metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to keep stakeholders informed\nBuild lasting relationships with candidates, including those who are not hired now but could be a fit in the future\nSkills We’re Looking For\nExperience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally partnering with Engineering and Product teams\nProven ability to advise and influence hiring managers, including coaching them on process and interviewing\nStrong sourcing skills, with a track record of finding and engaging passive technical talent\nExperience closing candidates and navigating competitive offer situations\nWorking knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting data, with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions\nStrong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment\nComfort using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots) to support sourcing, outreach, job description drafting, and synthesizing interview feedback\nBonus Skills\nExperience recruiting for data infrastructure, SaaS, or developer-focused companies\nExperience with global or multi-region hiring\nExperience partnering with TA Operations on process design or tooling implementations\nExperience with employer branding or recruiting campaigns\nExperience building structured, scalable interview programs\nThe compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role.
