# Outside Sales Representative

Job Description: Prospect for and generate leads for new customers Independently identify, research, and conduct outreach to potential customers Build and execute a repeatable outbound lead-generation process Visit customer locations and conduct customer discovery Follow up on inbound sales leads Answer questions, deliver pitches, and demonstrate features Gather market intelligence and adjust the sales process as necessary Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests Collaborate with functional teams to route customer requests Own customer success and identify opportunities to deliver additional value Negotiate and structure competitive pricing, terms, and delivery Achieve sales quotas and support sales forecasting Work with inside sales, customer service, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Coordinate with marketing and product teams on branding, messaging, and product offerings Requirements: Previous experience in Industrial MRO sales including existing knowledge about a product category that Drive Systems offers (e.g. Power Transmission, Fasteners, Electrical, etc.)
