You will achieve this by eliciting,\nanalyzing, and documenting business requirements, designing and re-engineering\nbusiness processes, and collaborating closely with technology teams to deliver\neffective software solutions.\nDuties and\nResponsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end lifecycle of customersoftware implementation projects, from feasibility assessment,\nrequirements gathering, and budget planning to execution,\npost-implementation review, and continuous improvement.\n\nProduce, analyze, and document businessrequirements through conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops,\nand document analysis with our customers. Translate these needs into clear\nand concise user stories, use cases, and business process models.\n\nDesign and re-engineer businessprocesses to optimize customer operations and improve efficiency,\nleveraging best practices and industry standards within the context of the\nimplemented software.\n\nProduce high-quality Business RequirementsDocuments (BRDs) and Software Specifications that effectively\ncommunicate customer needs to technology teams, ensuring clear\nunderstanding and alignment.\n\nCreate and maintain various BusinessAnalysis artifacts, including process flows, data dictionaries,\nwireframes, and user acceptance criteria, to support project delivery and\nensure comprehensive documentation.\n\nServe as the primary liaison betweencustomers and internal technology departments, providing technical\nexpertise and guidance on the feasibility of proposed solutions and\nidentifying quick wins.\n\nCollaborate with technology teams andvendors to explore and integrate new features, technologies, and\nproducts that enhance software capabilities and drive value for our\ncustomers.\n\nDevelop and maintain a deep understandingof the competitive landscape and industry best practices, providing\nrecommendations to enhance software offerings and implementation\nstrategies.\n\nEnsure optimal customer experience byvalidating implemented solutions against customer needs and journeys,\nidentifying areas for improvement, and driving enhancements across\ndifferent projects.
