fair\nappraisals, and manage the program's evolving skills-matrix.\nTeam Admin & Burnout Prevention: Balance sprint workloads\ndynamically across team members, manage vacancy/leave approvals, and maintain a\nsustainable pace of delivery to prevent burnout.\nProcess, Execution & \"The Shield\"\nOperational Protection: Serve as the primary operational shield for Technical Owners,\nabsorbing non-technical interruptions and stakeholder negotiations before they\nimpact active development.\nAgile Metrics & Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively monitor and\nanalyze the program’s agile delivery metrics to spot structural bottlenecks and\ncontinuously refine team processes.\nQuarterly & Resource Alignment: Collaborate closely with\nEngineering Managers (EMs) and Product Managers (PMs) to align on quarterly\nobjectives (OKRs), resource sharing across programs, and capacity planning.\nTechnical Mentorship & Architecture\nHigh-Value, Non-Blocking Contributions: Focus on high-value,\nnon-blocking technical objectives (such as high-level system design, addressing\narchitecture-level technical debt, or authoring essential engineering\ndocumentation).\nQuality Assurance ensure\nsystem reliability.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of Software Engineering experience, building scalable\nproduction-grade applications (aligned with the Tech Lead track expectations).\n1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, directly managing multiple\nprojects (5-7 engineers).\nArchitectural & System Design: Proven experience designing\nhighly scalable system architectures, authoring pristine design docs, and\nguiding others through complex system integrations.\nCode Quality & Technical Standards: Demonstrated ability to\nestablish codebase standards, execute complex PR reviews, and systematically\naddress technical debt to keep production stable.\nDelivery & Agile Execution: Experience using modern\nagile workflow tools (such as Jira)
