Manage the contract delivery process, including cash settlement, FX delivery, and option exercise/assignment.\nPerform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash flows, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or exceptions.\nMaintain static data within internal systems, including client account openings/closures, contract setup, and fee/commission rate updates.\nEnsure all settlement activities comply with local regulatory requirements, particularly those of MAS and SGX.\nIdentify opportunities to improve settlement processes and systems, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced operational risk.\nPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on settlement activities to internal stakeholders and external regulators, as required.\nWork closely with trading, risk, compliance, and other operational teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing of trades.\nRequirement s\nBachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the futures industry, including clearing & settlements, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and client margin control.\nFamiliarity with SGX CW2, ION XTP, and XTP Clearing systems (preferred).\nStrong knowledge of MAS and SGX regulatory requirements.\nProven ability to manage settlement processes, including cash settlement, FX delivery, and option exercise/assignment.\nEnthusiastic, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.\nExcellent command of / fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate with stakeholders in Greater China.\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
