They ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting while maintaining data integrity and compliance. This role requires agility, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills.\nResponsibilities Include:\nReport Development\nRespond to one-time and urgent data requests from HR, Finance, and leadership teams.\nExtract, clean, and analyze data from various systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Power BI, Excel).\nDeliver clear, accurate, and timely reports tailored to stakeholder needs.\nDevelop Dashboards and scheduled reports for leaders across HR and Business Units\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with requestors to clarify reporting needs and define success criteria.\nTranslate business questions into technical reporting requirements.\nData Integrity & Compliance\nEnsure all reports meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards.\nValidate data sources and perform quality assurance checks before delivery.\nDocumentation & Process Improvement\nDocument ad-hoc request outcomes and identify patterns for potential automation.\nRecommend improvements to streamline, automate, or build dashboards for recurring ad-hoc reporting processes.\nTool Proficiency & Learning\nStay current with reporting tools and data platforms used across the organization.\nContinuously improve technical skills and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. \nQualifications at the Analyst Level III include:\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, or related discipline with 4 years of related experience in reporting or data analysis. In Lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience is required.\nRelated experience includes working knowledge of:Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Excel, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Oracle HCM OTBI, BI Publisher).\nAble to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.\nDesigns and develops reports and dashboards with moderate complexity; performs basic testing and validation.\nDemonstrates effective communication and collaboration with HR and business teams.\nMaintains documentation of report development processes and ensures data integrity.\n\nBachelor’s degree with 7 of related experience in HR reporting or analytics.
