HRIS Associate, Human Resources

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Serve as the superuser for the HR system, offering information, technical advice, support and guidance to users on all aspects of the system
Ensure the timely and accurate production of metrics and management information (MI) dashboards, covering areas such as headcount, turnover, employee absence, performance and retention
Prepare workforce and turnover analytics, forecast data and identify trends to provide insights that support business decision-making and strategy formulation
Work closely with HR users, the IT Department, external vendors and other counterparts to collect user requirements, deploy system changes and support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance
Participate in various tasks, including system / file drive access administration, data cleansing, user trainings and the preparation of system guidelines and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or a related discipline
Qualifications of project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in application support or project management in banking or financial services industry
Solid experience in Human Capital Management system, experience in Workday is preferred
Proven track records of delivery of HR projects in a sizable company
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Team oriented, proactive and can-do attitude
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
