The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end activities, from requirement gathering to translating those requirements into effective system solutions, and overseeing implementation and deployment. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to collaborate with multiple teams to drive success and manage various projects simultaneously.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nGather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and propose suitable solutions.\n\nTranslate gathered requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate effectively with developers to deliver appropriate solutions.\n\nDocument and maintain functional requirements and design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDefine testing strategies and conduct thorough SIT for new features and enhancements, as well as co-ordinate UAT.\n\nCommunicate changes to impacted business users across various departments, including planning and managing changes in processes, operations, and systems.\n\nIdentify and escalate risks while proposing both tactical and strategic solutions to mitigate these risks and provide business support.\n\nAssist in project coordination and perform administrative tasks as needed to support project progress.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor Degree or higher in IT/Computer Science or business related\n\n8-10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/finance sector\n\nProven experience in delivering system projects in Banking/Securities with execellent project management skills\n\nGood understanding of commodity derivative products will be preferrable\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess complex situations\n\nExcellent communication and written skills in English and Chinese\n\nExceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently\n\nPast experience with Calypso system is an advantage\n\nFamiliarity with SQL and other scripting languages is an added advantage\n\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
