Working closely with Application support teams in Pune, New York, London and Sydney.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nEarly morning exchange connectivity checks\n\nSupport Daily Trading operations for various trading desks of High Touch & Low Touch cash Equities and F&O desk\n\nManage and support CRM applications, Credit Risk System, Market Data Solutions\n\nManage and Support Exchange Connectivity for Asian exchanges\n\nRollout software upgrades with understanding of infra and work with infra teams to setup connectivity between various exchanges and external brokers.\n\nExecute exchange driven mandatory upgrades\n\nRequirements\nBachelor or above degree in IT/Computer Science or related fields.\n\nAround 10 years experience experience in Market Connectivity applications and exchange gateways\n\n5-8 years of experience in supporting Market Data applications like Reuters, Bloomberg\n\nExcellent knowledge of Cash Equity business in a DMA/DSA, Agency and Program Trading environment\n\nGood knowledge of exchange rules of major Asian markets like (Hong Kong, China CONNECT, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, India, Indonesia)\n\nExposure in Trading Systems monitoring tools like KIBANA, Grafana, Logstash, Elastic search, ITRS, etc\n\nexposure in Credit Risk Management Systems\n\nexposure in Change & Incident Management tools like ServiceNOW\n\nMust be self-starter and be able to work independently\n\nWilling to undertake other Trade Support functions\n\nReady to work in Trading floor (high pressure environment)\n\nExcellent communications skills in English and the ability to interact with Vendors and Traders, Chinese speaking will be a plus\n\nTechnology skills:\nKnowledge in ORACLE (user level), SQL, Store Procedures\n\nKnowledge in Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, Perl\n\nBasic Knowledge in FIX and other Major exchange Protocols\n\nAwareness of SRE concepts is an added advantage\n\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
