This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of the US equity markets where you will have the opportunity to develop your experience, build valuable relationships, and be at the center of the company’s growth.Key Accountabilities:\nOnboarding of new clients, including the set-up, administration of participating organizations and technology vendors.\nSupport Participants with their market access needs, including certifying Participant technology and troubleshooting requests related to complex trading and/or technical issues, and setting / supporting Participant configuration changes.\nSupport the effective operation of our core US equities production trading enterprise by; servicing cancel order and trade requests, system health monitoring, conduct exception report reviews, clearing support, and monitor trade activity\nKey member of our US equities contact center, providing immediate, professional, and accurate level one support to a wide range of Participants from traders and technology professionals, to business leaders and back office professionals\nProvide a continuous feedback loop with the broader AlphaX US team to ensure the optimal Participant experience.\nEngage in the business requirements, Participant readiness and user acceptance testing process for new equities trading corporate and operational deliverables\nSupport the delivery of all Business Continuity, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery plans\nAdvocate for continuous process optimization through Participant feedback and industry best practices\nLiaise across all AlphaX US teams to provide the best operational support, including compliance/regulatory departments, product, sales, finance, and data analytics\nMust haves:\n2+ Years of US financial markets required\nA friendly, professional demeanor and ability to excel in a fast paced trading floor/team-oriented environment\nPassionate about the Participant experience with an analytical, detail oriented, and problem solving approach\nPossesses genuine interest in US equities markets and the Market Operations role\nCommitted, quick to learn and grasp new technology and concepts while managing time effectively\nStrong personal initiative with a proven track record of taking full project ownership and delivering results\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nSIE and Series 99 certifications will be required within four months of hire\nKnowledge of the FIX protocol is preferred\nThis role is hybrid (3 days in the office/week) - based in New York City, NY.\nSalary Range: ...$95,000/year - 105,000K/year USD\nPlease note that the Salary Range included is a guideline only.
