Pay, title and grade will be based on the qualifications of the individual selected**\nWhat You'll Do:\nTechnical Expertise:\nPossesses knowledge and experience in the application of theory to solve well-defined problems or provide analysis, with guidance from higher-level engineers.\n\nAssists higher-level engineers in handling well-defined portions of more complex problems and analyses.\n\nExhibits fundamental understanding of standards, codes and regulations relevant to the area of assignment.\n\nGains familiarity with standards, codes and regulations relevant to the area of assignment.\n\nGains familiarity with pertinent equipment, materials, systems and business processes.\n\nLeadership & Guidance:\nCoordinates work activities of others as required to resolve routine engineering tasks.\n\nDemonstrates working knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures;
