The incumbent is primarily responsible for collating and updating industry and company specific data, updating models and working with the research team on research projects and client requests. The incumbent will also assist in fundamental research through deep dives on industry thematics and analysing news. The associate/assistant should view their role as an integral part of the team’s success. Effective teamwork contributors; actively generate ideas for the teams development; communicate issues that require action; support each other and ask for help when needed.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nAssistsenior analysts on specific research projects.\n\nCollect data and compile answers for client requests.\n\nUpdate and help develop financial models.\n\nMaintain databases of economic and industry specific data.\n\nAccompany clients on visits and produce notes.\n\nAssist in fundamental research.\n\nWork with senior analysts, along with Corporate Access, Research Sales and Trading department.\n\nDevelop relationships with clients, corporates and external bodies.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor'sdegree or above in business related discipline, preferably with finance and/or accounting major\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\nStrong understanding of financial modelling\n\nStrong Excel/ spreadsheet skills\n\nAttention to detail\n\nAbility to work under pressure when required\n\nExcellent interpersonal sensitivity\n\nHigh sense of curiosity and commercial awareness\n\nStrong command in both written and spoken English\n\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\n\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
