You will be expected to understand the domain topics, perform in-depth analysis, and define solutions. You will also have the opportunity to manage projects, SDLC from project initiation to go-live.\nKey Areas of Responsibilities\nLiaise with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design technology solutions that support regulatory and operational objectives.\n\nConduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies on business requirements, and recommend aligned technology strategies.\n\nPrepare and maintain business requirement documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, vendors, and internal IT teams to deliver technology solutions.\n\nParticipate in project planning, scope management, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nDevelop, coordinate, and execute UAT plans, test cases, and defect management activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\n\nQA Testing and ensure changes is rigorously tested before providing in UAT to users\n\nManage end-to-end project lifecycle activities from initiation, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.\n\nEnsure solutions (either in-house or vendor) comply with CLSA standards and practices\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in IT or Business discipline\n\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a BA/PM or similar role, with a focus on HR systems or operations. (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst)\n\nFamiliarity with HR IT solution delivery processes\n\nStrong Software Delivery Management, creating and tracking project plans and working across many teams globally within IT and the Business in order to achieve success\n\nExtensive knowledge Workday HRMS would be an advantage\n\nFamiliarity with SQL, data analysis, or scripting languages is an advantage.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels\n\nHands-on experience in system testing and UAT - including writing test scripts, coordinating test cycles, and managing defect resolution.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and organization skills- ability to diagnose system issues, perform root cause analysis, read application logs, and work with technical teams to drive resolution under pressure.\n\nStay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities\nNot the right fit?
