global cooperative team environment.\n\nTechnical skills: \n\nGoodtroubleshooting skills\n\nDifferentOperating Systems Knowledge (Microsoft, Unix / Linux, etc)\n\nNetworkingSupport Knowledge analysis of network problems (LAN/WAN)\n\nConfidentcontrol of analysis tools.\n\nTechnicalinterpretation of technical error message retrievals\n\nIdentificationof coherence between individual messages of systems and customers\n\nITILknowledge is a plus.\n\nPersonal skills: \n\nExcellentcommunication skills and presentation skills.\n\nSelf-motivated,detail-oriented\n\nWillingto work on a shift basis and On-call.\n\nConfidentnegotiation and online documentation (throughout the negotiation)\n\nBusiness and Managerial skills: \n\nGoodunderstanding of the global cooperative team
