This role ensures that information\nsystems and IT services are aligned with business goals, secure and reliable,\nand that the technology environment empowers efficient operations, data-driven\ndecision-making, and overall business continuity.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop a strategic roadmap forMIS and IT aligned with company objectives.\n\nOversee operation, maintenance,and enhancement of MIS systems (ERP, CRM, reporting, dashboards,\nticketing, etc.).\n\nLead, manage, coach, and developthe IT team (support, infrastructure, network, database) - hiring, setting\nperformance goals, monitoring, development.\n\nEnsure data integrity, security,availability, and accuracy across all systems.\n\nOversee IT policies, standards,procedures, disaster recovery, backup, business continuity.\n\nManage vendor relationships forhardware, software, and services; evaluate, negotiate, and oversee\ncontracts/licensing.\n\nCollaborate with otherdepartments (Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to identify technology needs,\ndrive system/process improvement, and ensure appropriate support.\n\nEnsure effective monitoring ofsystem performance, usage, and capacity, and proactively plan upgrades and\nresource scaling as needed.Oversee helpdesk/support operations: ensure\nissues are resolved promptly, SLAs maintained, user satisfaction.\n\nEnsure compliance with relevantregulations (data protection, cybersecurity standards, licensing).\n\nEnsure properexecution of equipment\ninventory, lifecycle management, and asset tracking processes to maintain\naccurate records and support optimal resource utilization\n\nDuties\nLead the implementation,configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of MIS and IT infrastructure,\nincluding servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services.\n\nPlan & manage IT budgetincluding forecasting hardware/software refresh, operating costs,\nstaffing.\n\nLead projects: MISimplementations, system integrations, migrations, enhancements.\n\nPrepare and deliver management /executive reports: system performance, incidents, usage stats, project\nstatus.\n\nIdentify technology risks,vulnerabilities, and ensure mitigation (patch management, access control,\nmonitoring).\n\nOversee user training, developdocumentation, and ensure that staff understand and use systems properly.\n\nEnsure business continuity plansand disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.\n\nRequirements\n1 Knowledge\nDeep understanding of enterprisesystems: ERP, CRM, trouble-ticketing systems, reporting platforms.\n\nStrong knowledge of ITinfrastructure: network architecture (Ethernet, wireless), servers\n(Linux/Windows), cloud services, storage.\n\nInformation security bestpractices (encryption, access control, audit logs, secure configurations).\n\nData governance, data quality,database systems (e.g., relational DBs), data warehousing, business\nintelligence tools.\n\nUnderstanding of regulatorycompliance (data privacy, software licensing).\n\n2 Skills\nLeadership & team management:hiring, mentoring, performance evaluation.\n\nProject management: planning,scheduling, resource allocation.\n\nAnalytical thinking &business / system analysis: translating business requirements into\ntechnical specs.\n\nProblem solving &troubleshooting at systems level.\n\nCommunication skills: able toexplain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nTechnical: SQL, systemintegration, network management, server administration, OS (Linux,\nWindows), cloud platforms, backup/disaster recovery.\n\n3 Experience\nMinimum 5-7 years in IT /MIS roles with increasing responsibility.\n\nAt least 2-3 years leadinga team (IT support / infrastructure / software).\n\nHands-on experience withimplementation of ERP/CRM or comparable large systems.\n\nExperience managing systemintegrations, migrations, and cross-departmental IT projects.\n\nPrior experience ensuring ITsecurity, data governance, regulatory compliance.\n\n4 Other Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
