Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-orientedProject Manager to join our Digital Transformation team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering software development, digital transformation, system integration, and application hosting projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Software Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure/Hosting, Security, UI/UX, Business Analysis, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, deployment, and operational handover.
• Manage Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, delivery status, scope, timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main communication point between customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Provide clear and timely project updates, including progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate activities across Software Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure/Hosting, Security, and Business teams.
• Ensure effective collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Support release planning, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive mitigation plans and corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Escalate critical challenges when required.

Project Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain project management practices, including:
• Project Plans
• RAID Logs
• Status Reports
• Change Requests
• Meeting Minutes
• Lessons Learned
• Follow PMO standards and contribute to improving project delivery processes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience managing software development, digital transformation, or system integration projects.
• Proven experience managing projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis to production deployment.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating multiple technical teams.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating application hosting, deployment activities, and operational support is preferred.
• Experience in a software house, digital transformation company, or system integrator environment is highly preferred.

• Jira or equivalent project management tools
• Confluence or documentation platforms

• Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.)
