The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering software development, digital transformation, system integration, and application hosting projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.\nThe role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Software Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure/Hosting, Security, UI/UX, Business Analysis, and Product teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Delivery\nManage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, deployment, and operational handover.\nManage Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.\nPrepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and project documentation.\nMonitor project progress, delivery status, scope, timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the main communication point between customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.\nLead project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and steering committee meetings.\nProvide clear and timely project updates, including progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nTeam Coordination\nCoordinate activities across Software Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure/Hosting, Security, and Business teams.\nEnsure effective collaboration between technical and business teams.\nSupport release planning, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify, analyze, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.\nDrive mitigation plans and corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.\nEscalate critical challenges when required.\nProject Governance & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain project management practices, including:\nProject Plans\nRAID Logs\nStatus Reports\nChange Requests\nMeeting Minutes\nLessons Learned\nFollow PMO standards and contribute to improving project delivery processes.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Skills:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\nProject Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is preferred.\nExperience\n3-6 years of experience managing software development, digital transformation, or system integration projects.\nProven experience managing projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis to production deployment.\nExperience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating multiple technical teams.\nExperience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.\nExperience coordinating application hosting, deployment activities, and operational support is preferred.\nExperience in a software house, digital transformation company, or system integrator environment is highly preferred.\nTechnical Knowledge\nFamiliar with:\nSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nAgile and Hybrid project management methodologies\nWeb applications and system integration concepts\nAPIs and integration patterns\nApplication hosting concepts\nContainers and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)\nSource control and development workflows (Git)\nDatabase concepts (SQL/NoSQL)\nBasic cybersecurity and information security concepts\nOpen-source technologies and platforms\nTools & Platforms\nFamiliar With:\nJira or equivalent project management tools\nConfluence or documentation platforms\nGit-based platforms (GitLab/GitHub)\nCI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent)\nCollaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack,
