Scrum Master will act as the guardian for the scrum team, responsible for the release/sprint planning of the project, defining the release process and coordinating all the activities required and demos.\n\nGuiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.\n\nAssessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.\n\nBuilding a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.\n\nFacilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.\n\nFacilitating discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and Ensure cross-team coordination.\n\nAssisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency with all concerned teams\n\nSupporting the Product Owner, to define the vision and ensure the team is on the right track and maintaining the product backlog.\n\nRequirements\n2-4 years of experience in a scrum master role.\n\nFamiliarity with software development.\n\nExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).\n\nKnowledge of CMMI is a plus\n\nDegree in Computer Science, information system, or a related field.\n\nScrum Master certification is a plus.\n\nExperience with successful Agile techniques.\n\nKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.\n\nAbility to determine what is scrum and what is not.\n\nCompetencies and personal capabilities:- \nKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.\n\nAbility to work with and lead a team.\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills\n\nAbility to analyze and think quickly and to resolve
