providing status updates, handling concerns, and\nensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.\n\nCoordinateinternal resources and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and\nissue resolution.\n\nMonitorservice performance and project milestones, escalating risks or delays\nwhen necessary.\n\nPrepareand present project updates, service reports, and delivery status to both\ninternal management and clients.\n\nSupportcontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and delivery\nefficiency.\n\nPreparedelivery status reports and support SLA/KPI tracking\n\nCoordinateclosely with Project Managers (PMs) to align project plans, timelines and\ndelivery priorities, ensuring seamless execution and consistent\ncommunication across all stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\n2-5years of experience in service delivery, project coordination, or\nclient-facing roles within IT or Cyber Security\n\nBasicUnderstanding of cyber security services such as SOC, Penetration Testing,\nVulnerability Management, and GRC\n\nUnderstandingof SLAs, KPIs, and basic service governance concepts\n\nExperienceworking with technical teams and managing multiple stakeholders\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrongcommunication and client-handling skills\n\nProfessional,presentable, and confident attitude\n\nExcellentfollow-up, organization, and time-management skills\n\nAbilityto coordinate across teams without direct authority\n\nProblem-solvingmindset with attention to detail\n\nAbilityto explain technical topics clearly
