Team Leadership & Development\nLead, mentor, and coach software engineers across various\nexperience levels.\nFoster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous\nimprovement.\nConduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development\nplanning.\nRecruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.\n2. Technical Oversight\nGuide architectural decisions, code quality standards, and best\npractices.\nEnsure consistent application of software development\nmethodologies.\nOversee technical design reviews and ensure alignment with system\narchitecture and scalability goals.\nCollaborate with QA teams to maintain high standards of reliability\nand performance.\n3. Delivery & Execution \nManage sprint planning, prioritization, and execution in collaboration\nwith Product owners.\nTrack and communicate progress using project management tools\n(e.g., Jira).\nIdentify and remove bottlenecks or blockers to delivery.\nEnsure software is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality\nrequirements.\nMaintain & defend project scopes with stakeholders.\n4. Strategy & Stakeholder Management \nTranslate business goals into technical objectives and measurable\nKPIs.\nWork closely with management to align the team’s technical roadmap\nwith company strategy.\nProvide technical insights in product planning, architecture reviews,\nand risk assessments. \nManage engineering budgets, tools, and resource allocation. \n5.
