ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise working with Windows Failover Clustering,\nMSSQL cluster deployments, and core infrastructure services in a mission-critical production\nsetting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall, configure, and implement Windows Server environments (2019/2022) in\nenterprise data center and virtualized infrastructures.\nPlan, deploy, and manage Windows Failover Clusters and high-availability (HA)\nsolutions for critical applications including MSSQL Server.\nPerform ongoing maintenance, patching, performance tuning, and capacity\nplanning for clustered and standalone Windows Servers.\nAdminister and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, NTP, and\nFile/Print services.\nInstall, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server (clustered and standalone),\nincluding routine backups, restores, and performance optimization.\nImplement disaster recovery strategies including system-level and database-level\nfailover and replication configurations.\nConduct system monitoring, health checks, and availability reporting using enterprise\nmonitoring tools.\nMaintain accurate, detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures,\nand operational processes.\nCollaborate with IT security, networking, and DevOps teams for infrastructure\nenhancements and compliance initiatives.\nProvide technical support, incident resolution, and participate in on-call rotations for\ninfrastructure services.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration within enterprise\nenvironments.\nProven expertise in Windows Server implementation, cluster installation, and\nmaintenance.\nHands-on experience with Windows Failover Clustering, MSSQL cluster\ndeployments, and Hyper-V or VMware virtualization platforms.\nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, NTP, and File/Print\nservices.\nExperience managing Microsoft SQL Server (2019/2022) in clustered and\nhigh-availability environments.\nFamiliarity with enterprise backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management skills.\nSolid documentation and technical communication skills.\nPreferred Certifications:\nMicrosoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Server Administrator.\nMicrosoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).\nMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)\nITIL Foundation Certification
