skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.\n\nAttention to details\n\nProven experience in business analysis tools and techniques.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology\n\nSoftware Development good knowledge.\n\nUnderstanding of design quality standards\n\nCBOA certification is a plus.\n\nExperience in the Government Sector is a plus.\n\nCompetencies: \nGreat analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nSuperior presentation and negotiation skills.\n\nProven management and organizational skills.\n\nStrong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced
