Next to that you are the one reaching out to clients to help them make a choice and book an appointment to repair their car damages.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nManaging B2B accounts\n\nOptimizing all processes and volumes for the accounts\n\nArrange the best and fastest quotes for our B2B clients\n\nProcessing all B2B damages, including quality assurance and damage reports\n\nOnboarding new partnerships and educating your account on the best use of Fixico\n\nBeing the point of contact for all operational communication with partners and their drivers regarding damage repairs\n\nEstablishing and strengthening relationships with different partners, such as international leasing and rental companies\n\nEnsuring a smooth and timely repair experience for our clients\n\nTracking and solving repair issues\n\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for\nYou are currently in the final stages of your studies or have recently graduated in the areas of Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Marketing or similar\n\nYou are fluent in German, and you also have excellent proficiency in English.\n\nYou are customer-focused and have a proactive can-do attitude\n\nYou are a skilled communicator who can easily establish and maintain good relationships with partners\n\nYou are not afraid of conducting calls and approaching partners\n\nYou are a natural problem solver with an attention to detail\n\nWhy Fixico\nFixico is growing fast, and you will feel that from day one.\nYou will not be sitting on the sidelines making coffee.
