This is your chance to be part of a high-impact team shaping the future of a fast-growing tech company.\nAs a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable solutions that drive value for our users. You'll help shape our technical direction as we scale our platform’s maturity, where you'll influence architecture decisions.\nWhat you will be doing\nBuild and scale robust features across our stack (Laravel PHP, Node.js, React, Next.js)\n\nOwn technical solutions from concept to deployment and monitoring\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real customer challenges\n\nProactively shape our tech strategy and influence how we scale\n\nMentor other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture\n\nContinuously improve our use of tools, frameworks, and development practices\n\nOur tech stack\nBackend: PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js)\n\nFrontend: React, Next.js, Inertia.js\n\nCloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes\n\nOther Tools: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs\n\nRequirements\n5-6+ years of fullstack engineering experience\n\nStrong knowledge of Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)\n\nComfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments (startup/scale-up experience is a big plus)\n\nStrong system design and problem-solving skills\n\nProduct-oriented mindset: You care about the why, not just the how\n\nPassionate about clean code, testing, and building great user experiences\n\nProactive communicator who thrives in async, distributed teams\n\nNice to have\nExperience building SaaS platforms\n\nFamiliarity with GCP tools and best practices\n\nExperience in international teams or European markets\n\nWhy Fixico\nFixico is at an exciting stage of its growth.
