Revenue & Profitability\nDevelop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth beyond the current $10 million operation.\n\nTake full ownership of the location's P&L, financial performance, budgets, and profitability.\n\nIdentify opportunities to increase market share, operational efficiency, and customer retention.\n\nEstablish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and measurable results.\n\nPartner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.\n\nBuild an Exceptional Team & Culture\nCreate a positive, high-accountability culture built on trust, respect, teamwork, and performance.\n\nRecruit, develop, coach, and retain strong managers and field leaders.\n\nBuild a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.\n\nEstablish clear expectations while leading by example.\n\nDevelop internal talent and create opportunities for career advancement.\n\nImprove employee engagement, retention, and overall team performance.\n\nLead Daily Operations\nOversee all aspects of the business, including service, installation, sales, customer experience, and operational performance with help of local service standards and protect the company's reputation.\n\nLead with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach while empowering department leaders to own their results.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are seeking an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of successfully managing and growing a residential home services business.\nRequired Qualifications:\nSignificant leadership experience in the residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry.\n\nProven experience managing a multimillion-dollar operation with full P&L responsibility.\n\nDemonstrated success growing revenue while maintaining or improving profitability.\n\nStrong understanding of service operations, installation, sales performance, and field productivity.\n\nExperience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.\n\nAbility to lead managers, hold teams accountable, and drive organizational change.\n\nStrong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.\n\nA leadership style that balances business results with a genuine commitment to people and culture.\n\nHighly Preferred:\nExperience leading a $10M+ residential trades operation.\n\nProven track record of scaling a business through organic growth.\n\nExperience improving employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.\n\nExperience with Service Titan or similar home services management platforms.\n\nBackground working within a growing, multi-location home services organization.\n\nCompensation & Opportunity\nUp to $170,000 annually, depending on experience and
