Job Overview
London Borough of Hackney is seeking a Senior Technical Support Officer to support the Building Control service.
The role will involve managing technical support functions, supporting Building Regulations application validation, initial notices, dangerous structure notices, fee calculations, financial administration, IT systems, customer enquiries and service improvement activity.

This is a Senior Technical Support Officer / Building Control Administration role.
Candidates should have technical administration, Building Control support, regulatory administration, customer service, IT systems, financial administration and data management experience.
Candidates must be able to work hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
