This role requires a highly analytical and creative marketer who can balance brand building with performance marketing execution, leveraging data to optimise the full customer funnel.\nKey Responsibilities\nGrowth & Performance Marketing\nOwn and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, partnerships), as well as test new marketing channels and tactics across traditional and digital channels\n\nManage and optimise search and paid social campaigns (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, etc.)\n\nContinuously test, measure, and improve campaign performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS)\n\nBrand & Integrated Marketing\nDevelop and execute brand campaigns that increase awareness and trust\n\nEnsure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints\n\nCollaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing assets\n\nSocial Media & Content\nLead organic and paid social media strategy\n\nBuild and engage Fixter’s online communities\n\nWork with content agencies to develop SEO-driven and social-first campaigns\n\nCRM & Lifecycle Marketing\nOwn CRM strategy (email, SMS, push notifications)\n\nBuild lifecycle journeys to improve conversion, retention, and reactivation\n\nSegment audiences and personalise communications\n\nAnalytics & Data\nUse tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and BI tools to track performance\n\nDevelop dashboards and reporting frameworks\n\nTranslate data into actionable growth insights\n\nExperimentation & Optimisation\nRun A/B or MV tests across landing pages, creatives, and channels\n\nOptimise conversion funnels and user journeys\n\nIdentify new growth opportunities and channels\n\n Experience\n5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles\n\nProven track record of scaling customer acquisition in a high-growth environment (startup/scale-up preferred)\n\nAutomotive experience an advantage but not vital\n\nCore Skills\nStrong experience in:\nPerformance marketing (Google Ads, paid social)\n\nBrand marketing campaigns\n\nSocial media strategy (organic + paid)\n\nCRM / lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Salesforce)\n\nAnalytics & reporting (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)\n\nDeep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and KPIs\n\nTechnical & Analytical\nData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills\n\nExperience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks\n\nComfortable working with marketing tech stacks and automation tools\n\nSoft Skills\nStrategic thinker with hands-on execution ability\n\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in automotive, marketplace,
