We also develop recommendations for the scientific community and science policy.At the data protection unit of the IPR department, we engage in researching on the variety of data protection topics, e.g. GDPR, LED (Law Enforcement Directive 680/2018) and the AI Act. We analyse the dynamic developments in the field and publish these in nationally and internationally recognised journals, present these at important conferences and other fora, and participate in the political consultation with opinions and recommendations.
